June was a whirlwind month behind the scenes at Rivetwise — full of change, progress, and big plans for the future.
A Warm Welcome Back
We said goodbye to a team member, but we’re also thrilled to say hello again to someone many of you already know — our incredible Sales Supervisor, Charlotte, is returning from maternity leave after welcoming the most adorable baby girl! Charlotte officially rejoins us on 7th July, and we couldn’t be happier to have her back. She, alongside Troy (our Sales Manager), plays a huge role in what we’re calling Rivetwise 2.0.
While Charlotte’s been away and we’ve been down a team member, Troy has been doing a fantastic job keeping things running, with a bit of help from me (Bandana) — mostly manning the phones! If it’s taken us a little longer than usual to get back to you, now you know why. But with Charlotte back and our team growing again, expect faster, sharper service from July onwards.
Easier Ordering: New £25 Minimum Order Value
We heard you! The £100 minimum order value (MOV) is officially gone. We’ve reduced it to just £25, making it far easier for you to place the orders you need, when you need them — no pressure, no bulk-buying. As our stock continues to grow, we’re making the customer experience more flexible and accessible.
Payment Update: Goodbye PayPal, Hello Stripe
Another change: we’ve removed PayPal from our checkout. Instead, we now use Stripe, which offers a secure and smooth card payment experience. Plus, we can send custom payment links if you'd rather pay via transfer — super handy for procurement teams.

This month, we’ve been diving deep into sustainability — from launching our latest whitepaper to publishing insightful blogs and releasing new eco-conscious catalogues. It's a topic that’s more than a buzzword; it’s where the industry is heading, and we’re committed to leading the charge. Looking ahead, we’ve got some exciting things lined up. We’re currently working on a new Helicoil brochure, which we think will be incredibly useful for engineers and buyers alike. And yes — we’ve had a lot of questions about RivRite tools. All we can say for now is... keep your eyes peeled.
