Spiralock Self-Clinching Projection Weld Nuts

Rivetwise can supply you with the entire range of products from Stanley Engineered Fastening including the Optia Spiralock Self-Clinching Projection Weld Nuts.

Spiralock Self-Clinching Projection Weld Nuts

Spiralock Self-Clinching Projection Weld Nuts provide load bearing threads in sheets too thin to tap and are designed for faster assembly.

Their design, based on the experience of hundreds of users of weld nuts and speed production using standard equipment, overcomes many problems associated with other weld nuts – such as burnouts, complicated electrodes and pilots, tedious time-consuming indexing, and re-tapping to remove weld spatter.

These weld nuts also offer the added advantages of resisting corrosion and being essentially nonmagnetic.

Our weld nuts are made to order and available in low carbon steel with a plain finish protected with light oil, and a 300 Series stainless steel processed per ASTM A380 and/or tested per QQ-P-35C.
